However, out of 92 individuals charged so far with stealing billions from social programs, 82 are Somali-American. 12/29/25 Media claims ICE abducted an innocent bicycle rider A Columbus Dispatch reporter portrayed an ICE arrest as masked agents tackling a man on a bicycle and abducting him in an unmarked car. However, the Department of Homeland Security says the man fell after losing balance, and officers helped untangle him. The arrest targeted Fernandez Flores, a criminal illegal alien with a prior conviction. 12/24/25 Democrats revive a long-debunked smear against Trump Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) and others pointed to a tip in the Epstein files of a woman accusing Donald Trump of rape. However, this old claim has been debunked: the lawsuit was filed anonymously, dismissed, refiled, and then dropped again, never proceeding to trial or producing corroborating evidence.

Slaughter, but the case simply asks whether presidents can remove officials in “independent agencies.” Overturning 1935’s Humphrey’s Executor would limit the bureaucracy’s ability to sabotage elected presidents. 12/12/25 House Democrats falsely claimed a veteran was deported In a hearing, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was asked why she deported veteran Sae Joon Park. But Park was not deported: he self-deported after having failed to adhere to a removal order for drug charges 15 years ago. 12/11/25 “The View” reduces Somalia–Norway differences to race The hosts of “The View” claimed Trump’s criticism of Somali welfare fraud and praise for Scandinavian immigrants was racism, ignoring the obvious political, economic, and security differences between Somalia — a failed state with active terror factions — and stable, orderly nations in Northern Europe. 12/10/25 NY Times tries to spin Dems’ immigration record The New York Times framed Biden’s border crisis as a series of mistakes, but Democrats intentionally paused deportations, ended the Remain in Mexico policy, and halted border wall construction — making the “accidental misjudgment” narrative impossible to square with their actions. 12/8/25 Viral story of a “wrongly detained” woman falls apart Online posts painted a US citizen as an innocent victim of federal overreach, but Homeland Security says she refused lawful orders during a stop tied to her illegal migrant boyfriend’s arrest. But the documentary failed to disclose that the narrator was the son of a major Hamas official. 10/17/25 Democrats misrepresented a photo to demonize ICE Democrats widely shared a photo of an American citizen seemingly being threatened at gunpoint by ICE. But the man in the photo had assaulted and thrown rocks at law enforcement, according to ICE officials, and the gun only shot beanbags, not bullets. 10/16/25 Wikipedia smears Charlie Kirk ahead of Medal of Freedom honor Just days before Trump posthumously awarded Charlie Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom, Wikipedia editors rewrote his page with racially charged and anti-Christian language. The edits baselessly accused Kirk of promoting “white genocide” and “Christian nationalism.” 10/14/25 Viral “Harvard study” on Gaza deaths exposed as fake A bogus claim that 400,000 Palestinians “disappeared” in Gaza was based on a misrepresented report posted to Harvard Dataverse — not a real Harvard study. The false number, spread by UN officials and CAIR, is contradicted by Hamas’ own figures, which show about 9,500 missing. 10/13/25 Candace Owens pushes another fake Charlie Kirk conspiracy Candace Owens claimed an Egyptian military plane left Utah after Charlie Kirk’s assassination, calling it evidence of a “military operation.” However, the flight actually departed hours before the murder — Owens had confused Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) with Utah’s time zone. 10/11/25 CNN blames Israel for the war in Gaza A recent CNN article said that “Israel launched its war in Gaza,” implying that they attacked without provocation. But the war was launched by Hamas after they invaded Israel on October 7, murdered over 1,200 civilians, and took hundreds of hostages. 10/10/25 CNN runs cover for left-wing violence CNN anchor Erin Burnett said, “Antifa-linked violence is rare and limited” compared to right-wing violence. But as studies and media reports — including Upward News — have shown, left-wing inspired violence is now significantly greater than right-wing violence. 10/9/25 DHS debunks Sen. Murphy’s accusation against ICE Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) accused ICE agents of intentionally using violence after a viral image showed one pointing a gun at a civilian. But the Department of Homeland Security clarified it was a non-lethal pepper ball launcher used after activists tried to ram a Border Patrol vehicle — all within protocol. 10/8/25 MSNBC falsely links Trump to judge’s house fire MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace and “Prosecuting Donald Trump” co-host Mary McCord blamed President Trump for a fire at Judge Diane Goodstein’s South Carolina home — despite state authorities saying there was no sign of an explosion or an intentional act or arson. 10/6/25 Mainstream media ignore Democrat’s assassination texts When Virginia AG candidate Jay Jones was caught fantasizing in texts about murdering a GOP rival and his family, the Sunday shows stayed silent. ABC, CBS, CNN, and MSNBC all skipped the story. Only NBC’s Meet the Press briefly mentioned it, brushing off the scandal as a “private conversation.” 10/3/25 Yes, Democrats want to fund healthcare for illegal migrants Democratic leaders deny that the healthcare funds they are demanding in exchange for ending the shutdown would go toward illegals. But their funding bill repeals Subtitle B in Title VII of the One Big Beautiful Act, restoring some federal healthcare benefits to noncitizens. 10/1/25 NYT flips on Comey indictment after cheering Trump’s The New York Times once called Donald Trump’s indictment vital to “preserve the rule of law.” But when a grand jury indicted James Comey for false statements and obstruction, the paper warned the justice system was in danger — exposing a clear double standard. 9/30/25 Axios, NYT spin anti-ICE shooter’s motives as unclear After a 29-year-old man opened fire on an ICE vehicle in Dallas — leaving behind bullets marked “ANTI-ICE” — The New York Times and Axios downplayed his desire to instill “terror” in ICE agents. Instead, they scolded Republicans for pointing out the shooter’s motives, framing it as a “partisan blame game.” 9/29/25 CNN spins Comey indictment as Trump’s doing CNN’s Jake Tapper claimed Trump pushed prosecutors to indict former FBI Director James Comey. But Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) shot back, noting it was an independent grand jury — not Trump, not DOJ — that indicted Comey for perjury after reviewing evidence. 9/26/25 Kamala Harris twisted history to excuse her defeat Selling her new campaign memoir, the former vice president claimed that her loss was the “closest presidential race in the twenty-first century.” This is false: 2000, 2004, 2016, and 2020 were all closer in the electoral college, while 2000 and 2016 both had closer popular vote margins. 9/25/25 Media, Dems compared ICE to Nazis before deadly sniper attack For years, Democrats and media figures smeared ICE agents as the “Gestapo,” a slur echoed by Hakeem Jeffries, Gavin Newsom, Tim Walz, and others. Now, after a sniper attacked an ICE field office with “ANTI ICE” written on his ammo, no one has apologized for fueling the narrative that ICE is Nazis.
There’s a clear double standard at play: progressives applauded when Roseanne Barr was fired in 2018, when Trump was banned from social media, and when Tucker Carlson was pushed out of Fox News. Kimmel himself mocked those outcomes. Now, when the same accountability reaches him, the narrative suddenly shifts to cries of a “free speech crackdown.” The reality is that Kimmel still has his platform and his audience, despite his plummeting ratings. What he lost was the ability to spread false claims on broadcast television without consequence. 9/24/25 NBC smeared ICE with false child “bait” claim NBC News, before deleting the post, alleged that ICE held a five-year-old girl outside her house as “bait” to lure out her father. In reality, her father, a criminal illegal alien with prior arrests for domestic abuse and strangulation, abandoned her in a car while fleeing and flipping off officers. Agents rescued the girl and reported the abandonment to local police.
9/22/25 Substack star misleads 2.7M readers on Kirk assassin Substack star and historian Heather Cox Richardson told her 2.7 million subscribers that Charlie Kirk’s killer “embraced the far right.” But this is false, as Tyler Robinson’s family has stated he was a leftist who was passionate about transgender ideology. Richardson has yet to correct her false claim.
9/19/25 CNN spins Kimmel’s smear as “just a joke” CNN guests claimed Jimmy Kimmel’s suspension was an attack on comedy itself — that Kimmel was punished for making jokes. But Kimmel wasn’t sidelined for his non-humor. He spread a false claim tying Charlie Kirk’s killer to the Right, completely contradicted by the facts. 9/18/25 CNN denies clear motive in Kirk assassination CNN’s Kaitlan Collins claimed that “we don’t have a motive yet” for Charlie Kirk’s murder. Sen. Ted Cruz shot back, noting prosecutors already provided evidence that the killer was a leftist who hated Charlie Kirk. Cruz called Collins’ statement “objectively false” and accused CNN of spreading misinformation. 9/17/25 Legacy media dodge motive in Charlie Kirk assassination A week after Charlie Kirk’s murder, CBS downplayed the killer’s admission that he targeted Kirk for “spreading hate,” while ABC skipped any direct mention of motive. Only NBC noted the FBI is probing an online group chat the suspect used, as networks sidestep clear evidence of a political attack. 9/16/25 GLAAD smears Charlie Kirk with false “anti-trans vitriol” claim A spokesman for the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) said that Charlie Kirk’s rhetoric was filled with “lies and vitriol about transgender people.” In reality, Kirk always engaged LGBT critics respectfully, but did not back down from telling them — and everybody — the truth forcefully and respectfully. The “white pride” framing is a false reconstruction of separate quotes he never said. 9/12/25 Conspiracy theorists imply that Israel had Charlie Kirk killed High-profile individuals like Ryan Grim and Ian Carroll have implied that Kirk was killed because he was beginning to turn away from Israel. But Kirk, while unabashedly America First, was always a major friend of Israel, as stated by Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu. 9/10/25 WSJ pushes Trump letter to Epstein, but forensic analyses cast doubt The Wall Street Journal published a supposed Trump birthday card to Jeffrey Epstein, complete with a naked woman sketch. But three separate AI forensic analyses found an “extremely low probability” that Trump wrote it, citing profound stylistic mismatches with his documented writing across four decades. 9/9/25 NY Times misleads on the Supreme Court’s ICE ruling The New York Times falsely claimed the Supreme Court allowed ICE to make “indiscriminate stops” based on ethnicity in Los Angeles.
